Derek Hough's 27th Birthday at Tabu

Three-time “Dancing With the Stars” pro-dancer champion and heartthrob Derek Hough celebrated his 27th birthday at Tabu Ultra Lounge in MGM Grand on Saturday night, but rumored love interest Maria Menounos, Hough’s celebrity partner this most recent season (they finished 4th), was not by his side.

Pre-Tabu, Hough and a group of close friends dined at chef Tom Colicchio’s nearby Craftsteak. Derek donned a white T-shirt, a gray jacket and dark gray jeans on the arrivals carpet outside Tabu and happily posed for photographs with fans and signed autographs; he even danced with one admirer.

Inside Tabu, the group was escorted to their VIP table directly in front of the DJ booth. Hough continued to pose for photographs with fans at his table and smiled and waved to partygoers as DJ Kid Jay introduced Hough to the crowd. Hough was presented with a gold-and-brown white chocolate birthday cake and after blowing out candles jumped into the DJ booth.

Hough and Co. partied late into the evening and this morning dancing to songs including “Strip” by Chris Brown, “Domino” by Jessie J and “I Know You Want Me” by Pitbull. Thanks to Bryan Steffy of WireImage for his photo gallery of the birthday boy.
