Aurora Falls is a new flame in a music scene plagued by a winter of impassive songs and cliche appearances. They believe that the music should speak to you; it should make you feel. Aurora Falls is comprised of longtime friends Jacob Stark and Nick Angelo. The two had previously made noise in their hometown of Las Vegas in local mainstay bands such as Anias and With Broken Wings.
The end of 2007 marked a new chapter for them as they decided to come together and make Aurora Falls their full time creative endeavor. Angelo’s guitar leads soaring and falling over Stark’s contagious melodies make it impossible for you not to sing along.
Desiring to bring back the catchy, unmistakable musicality of bands like Taking Back Sunday, Brand New, and Copeland, Aurora Falls is poised to come to the Las Vegas forefront with a new, fresh indie sound.
Aurora Falls was picked to perform on the Kevin Says Stage at this year's Warped Tour in Salt Lake City June 28, 2008.
