I come from a musical family and have been writing and performing as long as I can remember. I started with the accordion - but no one needs to know that!
Fifteen years ago I was a foster parent - and then adopted - my son, so I put my music on hold. But he's in high school now and doesn't need my full attention. Of course if he sticks his head in an oven or his tongue in a wall outlet, I'll have to eat those words!
So I'm back full time to music. I doubt I'll be the next Beatles, but I know my songs touch people, and if all I get is an occasional e-mail saying "Thanks, I felt you wrote that for me", then that's all I want.
And groupies, of course.
