Johnny Boy, aka Mr. Las Vegas, was born and raised in Las Vegas. Kid Frost, Lighter Shade of Brown, Tupac, NWA and other old school acts influenced his early musical development. By the time he was 17, he had decided that he wanted to make his dreams a reality by promoting and establishing his own career. He sold over 30,000 units as an independent artist and became the first Vegas rapper to get into the rotation on KVEG HOT 97.5. He was also the host and an actor on Telemundo’s popular show, “702 The Flow,” a musical variety show based in Sin City. He was recently nominated for “best Latin rap act” in 2007’s Las Vegas Music Awards.
