Fronted by a soul-singing 300 lb. Hawaiian and rounded out by All-American reggae, punk, hip-hop and metal kids from Mexican, Filipino and Jordanian backgrounds, Reggae-Rock band One Pin Short formed in 2007 and has already shared the stage with national acts such as Ky-Mani Marley, Gregory Issacs, Yellowman, Iration, Third World, The English Beat, Slightly Stoopid, The Slackers, The Toasters, Streetlight Manifesto, Buck O Nine, Reel Big Fish, Bowling for Soup, Dirty Heads, Passafire, Rebelution and Fishbone. Their debut full-length CD, One Pin Short, (Mr. Nice Guy Records/LVSR), was produced by Eddie Ashworth (Sublime, Pennywise, Long Beach Dub All-Stars, Unwritten Law).
