Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Searchlight creates a driving alternative rock sound that sets themselves away from the ordinary. With dynamic instrumentals, breath taking lyrics and vocal melodies that prove to be seemingly impossible to not keep singing to yourself well after the song has ended, Searchlight comes together to create a beautiful masterpiece.
Together, Adam Michaels on vocals and guitar, Kevin Abdon on bass, Ricky Torres on drums and Matt Hopkins on guitar form Searchlight. The band started when Adam and Kevin, orginally from Lake Havasu City, AZ, moved to Las Vegas in October 2005. Within a few months they found Matt and Ricky, who would be the final additions to the band.
