HOB gets Supernatural for Santana
House of Blues' Supernatural Margarita
Photo: Kelly Cullen
Don’t know your “Oye Como Va” from your “Samba Pa Ti”? Don’t sweat it. It won’t matter once you’ve downed a couple Supernatural Margaritas, the new drink launched by House of Blues in conjunction with Santana’s new resident show at the club inside Mandalay Bay.
The drink, available during all Santana performances, features your choice of Casa Noble tequilas, plus fresh lime juice and organic agave nectar. It’s served on the rocks, without salt on the rim. (They specifically told us that, so don’t even think about ordering salt.)
The $16 price includes a souvenir glass, which probably makes for a handy instrument when empty … not that we suggest you bang two together or anything. If there’s one area Santana’s got covered, it’s percussion. Well, that and guitar.
