CineVegas’ 2009 honorees include Willem Dafoe, Jon Voight

The CineVegas film festival, June 10-15, brings out the celebrity hound in all of us with Hollywood stars and top-notch actors descending upon Sin City for a week of parties, premieres and award presentations. They’re vacuuming the red carpets, testing the Dolby digital and stocking up on Sno-caps and Skittles. Coffee and cinema at the CineVegas Café Series

You can soon get a dose of culture with your cup of joe. This weekend, CineVegas is launching the Café Series featuring local filmmakers and CineVegas staff engaging in film-relatred discussions over coffee. The series will take place at various Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf locations leading up to this summer’s film festival, scheduled for June 10-15. Shhhh. CineVegas passes go on secret sale

As far as regular folks are concerned, passes and packages for the 11th CineVegas Film Festival go on sale Wednesday, April 15 and run from $100 for the Wildcard package to the $500 Royal Flush Pass. Little do they know.
