Some clever Christmas cheer, with Melody Sweets

Nobody used the baby grand in my apartment's lobby all year. So my friends and I figured we'd serenade the front desk woman and the maintenance guys with a little Christmas number. I'm guessing the three of them had no idea that the girl singing is famous cabaret performer Melody Sweets. She's accompanied by Mackly Prophete on conga, and me on the underused piano.
