Debriefing
The Weekly continues its quest to eradicate ignorance, one blog entry at a time.

Can I get a steak with that shake?
Steak, because we can't show you a picture of the rest of the holiday.

This is a note for all the single ladies out there who, like me, were feeling sorry for their solo selves on Valentine’s Day.
Stop your pouting.
While being dateless on V-Day sucked, today is a mighty fine day to be without a plus one.
Why? Because March 14 is “Steak and a Blowjob Day,” and all us single gals are off the hook.
Your new favorite holiday - from YouTube.com
Sure, roses and romance would have been nice a month ago, but not having to cook a steak or eat man meat today is a definite plus.
“Simple, effective and self explanatory, this holiday has been created so you ladies finally have a day to show your man how much you care for him,” the Web site, SteakAndBJDay.com, states. “No cards, no flowers, no special nights on the town; the name of the holiday explains it all, just a steak and a BJ. That’s it.”
While romantically-challenged guys have long complained that Valentine’s Day is a totally commercial holiday invented to make them spend money on us, girls now complain that S&BJ Day is totally obnoxious for a whole new set of reasons.

- S&BJ Day
While S&BJ Day isn’t an official holiday, it is the closest thing to a Valentine’s Day for men.
That said, there should be little complaining from the single lady sector today.
So to all the ladies out there, I say this: If you have a partner this March 14, I’m sorry. But if you’re single like me, I highly recommend buying yourself flowers, enjoying a bubble bath, and treating yourself to some sushi or the Cupcakery – or both.
There are 364 days each year to fret, stress and worry about finding a special someone, but today is not one of them. In fact, this just might be the best day to be single. So don’t just accept your singledom – embrace it and give thanks.
