Win a Cher keychain by answering: What was Kathie Lee talking about?

A couple of days ago I jotted down the following note: “Kathie Lee Gifford inane.” I just remembered why I took that down. During a segment on the “Today” show, she said something inane.

I’ll turn it into a quiz:

What was Kathie Lee Gifford referring to when she said, “They will change your life, honestly.”

I’ll leave this open through the weekend. The first person (or even, persons) to write in the correct answer will receive an Official Cher at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace keychain.
