Cher – a bride-to-be? – wants $45 million for her Malibu home

Is that alleged marriage between Caesars Palace headliner Cher and her Harley Davidson-riding beau, Tim Medvetz, actually moving closer to a reality -- after all the denials? Cher, now 62, and the 38-year-old mountain climber have been dating seriously -- and very much on the QT- since early June. Early reports that she was all set for a Vegas ceremony with the bearded adventurer were instantly ridiculed. However, Cher has now just put her beloved Malibu mansion on the market for a whopping $45 million.

Insiders are abuzz that she’s getting all her finances in order for an impenetrable pre-nup and “downsizing and simplifying” her life as the possibility of marriage draws closer. If you’ve got some cool million$ sitting around idly, here’s what you get: The 14,000-square-foot Italian Renaissance-style villa sits on 1.7 acres overlooking the Pacific. It features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, its own theater, separate gym, tennis court, pool and a separate guest house!

Between breaks from her three-year contract of Caesars Palace shows, the couple have been spotted hand-holding and kissing in both Los Angeles and Nashville nightspots! Maybe the happy couple will even set up residence here for the remainder of her run?
