Marnell’s M resort in tiptop shape

It is only five days since Boyd Gaming announced it was suspending construction at its new Echelon resort -- despite the fact the steel girders were six stories high. However, today (Wednesday) hometown multimillionaire construction mogul Anthony Marnell III will officially “top off” his new $1 billion M resort, spa and casino. The ceremony for the most southern of our luxury hotels down Las Vegas Boulevard will include an evergreen tree being hoisted to the top of the 390-room building. Marnell’s casino will feature over 92,000 square feet of gaming plus 60,000 square feet of meeting and conference space. A 1-million-square-foot regional mall is being developed with the Taubman realty and shopping center companies and Galaxy Theaters will have a 14-screen movie entertainment complex.

The builder is betting his state-of-the-art spa and fitness center will be the best anywhere in our valley!!
