Hugh Hefner’s Girls Next Door playmate, gorgeous Bridget Marquart, reigned royally as “Queen” over the exclusive costume gala to celebrate midsummer at the Palms pool and bungalows. DJ Eric Cubeechee was on the “wheels of steel” for A Midsummer Night’s Dream, which also attracted Hollywood celebrities including Beverly Hills 90210 star Ian Ziering, Efren Ramirez from Napolean Dynamite, Shifty Shellshock of Crazytown and Rock of Love’s Brandi M.

It was the second year for the Midsummer Night’s Dream party at the Palms, originally made famous at Hefner’s Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles. The over-the-top party lived up to its promise as the most lavish bash Las Vegas could throw. Inspired by 16th- and 17th-century England, this year’s theme, A Masquerade in the King’s Court, was the ultimate one-off

extravagant elaborate experience -- the epitome of Playboy’s “good life” philosophy and featured extensive custom prop creations, state of art audio and visual displays and an unbelievable cast of performers, led by

Queen Bridget. Partygoers also enjoyed music spun by many hot Vegas DJs including Playboy Playmate Tamara Sky, Cubeechee, Danny Love and The Funkler, in addition to a special performance by master illusionist “The Great Merlini.”
