Strip Scribbles: Jacko is back, Hef’s party girl and tonight’s tips
By Robin Leach
*Who was that masked man? Yes -- Michael Jackson donned his face mask and hooded sweatshirt yet again when he took his three children, wearing jeans and baseball caps, to the Cirque du Soleil show KA at MGM as part of his birthday week celebrations. Less than a month ago they’d all taken in Cirque’s Mystere show at Treasure Island. Michael, who celebrates his birthday tomorrow, ordered popcorn, which they all munched on from their seats in the center of the theater. Afterward, he told the cast that it's now his favorite Cirque show and that it was the best production he’d ever seen!
*Hugh Hefner’s Girl Next Door Bridget Marquardt continued her round of partying at the Palms. First she turned up solo at the Playboy Club and joined up with Three 6 Mafia, who were partying there. After a Vodka tonic, some autographs and photos for fans and a brief spin on the dance floor, she took off for the Palm’s Ghostbar ultra-lounge. The Oscar award-winning rap group also left after their Patron tequila shots, but they went upstairs to the Moon nightclub.

*A new version of the famous $1 million display has been set up downtown at Binion's, and this time the casino-hotel has stacked in a pyramid of acrylic glass atop a poker table. The new owners used a combination of denominations ranging from just a humble $1 bill up to $100 bills. Previously they used specially approved $10,000 bills. General manager Tim Lager said: "It’s a piece of Vegas history and a major component of the Binion’s legacy and while we are busy refreshing the brand with a modern look we want to preserve the tradition. You can get a photo for free with the million if you join Club Binions.
