Ozzy Osborne isn’t in a hurry to go home to L.A., apparently. Ozzy’s 60th birthday celebrations continued here in Las Vegas for a fourth consecutive night. He and wife Sharon took their two daughters Aimee and Kelly to see Bette Midler at The Colosseum in Caesars Palace. After watching The Showgirl Must Go On, the Osbourne family went backstage to meet the Divine Miss M -- and Vegas DeLuxe was fortunate to get a photo of the showbiz summit. The Osbournes -- Ozzy, Sharon, kids Kelly, Jack and Aimee, plus 20 other family and friends -- also had a dinner celebration at Sushi Roku in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. His now near-week-long festivities began at the Beatles Love musical by Cirque du Soleil at The Mirage. Click HERE for our Vegas DeLuxe story Tuesday.

Irish magician Keith Barry and the Alizma triplets.

*Irish magician Keith Barry wrapped up his trial run at Planet Hollywood shooting a one-hour high-definition TV special for the Discovery Channel. Six cameras filmed him over two nights of shows -- and on the first night of filming, he discovered the Alizma triplets in the audience! He wound up with one of them on stage for a unique hypnosis act, and then afterwards met the remaining two in the lobby to show them impromptu, close-up card tricks. Click HERE for yesterday’s Vegas DeLuxe story about Keith winning a new contract to return as a resident entertainer there in the spring. The Alizma triplets won a classical violin scholarship in Virginia that enabled them to move from Poland to the United States. They now live here in Las Vegas and last week opened for Kenny Loggins at the Gaming Expo kickoff concert in The Orleans Arena.

*Pop princess Britney Spears celebrated her 27th birthday wearing a low-cut Roberto Cavalli cocktail dress at Manhattan’s Tenjeune nightclub, which was transformed into a three-ring circus. Guests included Entourage star Jeremy Piven, Dancing With the Stars finalist Lance Bass, MSNBC anchor Dan Abrams, actor Josh Lucas and supermodel Heidi Klum. I’m told that Monday’s planned press conference announcing the Las Vegas strip lineup for the New Year’s Eve America’s Party special, which might include Britney and a host of other celebrities, has been pushed back to Wednesday to allow for final contract signings today and tomorrow.

*The Jersey Boys musical has reached the six-month mark at its Palazzo theater and is still going strong -- but it also means some cast rotations. Deven May has just been welcomed to the line-up as Erik Bates returns to the national tour of the Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons musical. Deven, who will play the role of Tommy DeVito that he had on the national tour, joins regulars Erich Bergen, Rick Faugno and Jeff Leibow. DeVito now lives here in Vegas and has promised to stop in to check on the new guy. Deven’s theater credits include The Ballad of Bonnie and Clyde and A Tree Grows in Brooklyn.

Mehcad Brooks.

*Star surveillance: Hot young actor Mehcad Brooks celebrated in the VIP balcony at the Bank in the Bellagio. He was swarmed for autographs and photos by the luscious ladies who loved him on Desperate Housewives but now are in a hot-blooded mood with his role as Eggs Talley on the new HBO hit vampire series True Blood, which was just renewed for a second season. … It was an absolute ultimate night of rock when Dizzy Reed of Guns ’n’ Roses hit the stage at Wasted Space in the Hard Rock Hotel to play some of the new tracks from the group’s just-released album Chinese Democracy. Smashing Pumpkins lead singer Billy Corgan was so moved by the music, he even went up on the stage for a guest set even though he’d just performed a two-hour show over at the Palms earlier!

*Great meals at affordable prices? Yes, it’s possible during the holiday season as our star chefs trim menu prices to make it all the more appetizing during these uncertain economic times. Jean Paul Labadie, new executive chef at the lakeside Marche Bacchus French Bistro and Wine Market, has created a special three-course gourmet meal of six selections for just $35 per person. Even in these cooler nights, you can still dine on the outside patio thanks to new standup heaters! In the meantime, our friends at NFR party headquarters in the Silverton Casino Lodge have opened up its prestigious Twin Creeks restaurant, Shady Grove Lounge, Mi Casa Grill and Mermaid restaurant for a buy two entrees for the price of one promotion! Check out the $48 twin coldwater lobster tails in Twin Creeks, and know the second dinner order is free!

Tonight’s tip

Studio 54 at MGM is transformed tonight into a dazzling winter wonderland for the Not So Silent Night ball -- and snow will actually be falling throughout the festivities as the entranceway to an arctic playground complete with a workshop of Santa’s sexy elves and eccentric designer toys. Cast members from Cirque du Soleil’s Ka and the ladies of MGM Grand’s Crazy Horse Paris will give special performances. … Congratulations to poker prince Antonio “The Magician” Esfandiari on his birthday, which he will celebrate tonight by hosting a party at Tao in the Venetian
