What's on Mario Lopez's mind? And Eva Longoria Parker's?

It was wall-to-wall celebrities at Wolfgang Puck’s bar and grill in MGM after the big Oscar de la Hoya-Manny Pacquiao fight Saturday night: Will Ferrell, Mario Lopez, Bernard Hopkins, Shane Mosley, Reggie Miller, Gary Sheffield, Danny McBride and Craig Robinson. Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalfe also took the time to celebrate his birthday over at Nobu in the Hard Rock Hotel.

Also spotted in the crowd in the MGM Grand Garden Arena were Usher, will.i.am, Charles Barkley, Luke Wilson, Keisha Cole and Tito Ortiz with his glowing girlfriend, pregnant Jenna Jameson. Click HERE for our Sunday morning coverage and photo gallery of all the celebrities at the Dream Match.

Rugged Australian actor Russell Crowe and Eva Longoria, who wound up sitting together ringside, also stayed together afterwards when Palms owner George Maloof and his brothers Gavin and Joe took them along with Mario, Sir Charles and British comedy star Russell Brand to his N9NE Steakhouse for dinner, where Benji and Joel Madden joined in for shots of the green drink Absinthe Le Tourment! Russell later joined British boxer Ricky Hatton for the Oasis concert at The Pearl Concert Theater in the Palms, where they hung out with the Manchester, England, Gallagher brothers Liam and Noel after the performance.

Congratulations, by the way, to Mario, who is now set to return as host of the live, Jan. 24 Miss America broadcast. It’s his second time as emcee for the pageant, which is at Planet Hollywood. Mario spent the weekend in a Fantasy Tower suite at the Palms where Sir Charles and Benji also were holed up!

Usher went off to Tryst to join owner Victor Drai at his VIP table. Eva and Russell wound up at Lavo in the Palazzo, where Sir Charles sent them a magnum of champagne before they all jumped in the Lavo/Tao electric Escalade golf cart to shuttle them to the adjoining Tao nightspot in The Venetian. Later, Usher turned up at Tao to spend the rest of the pre-dawn hours with all of them.
