Pamela Anderson makes waves with Hans Klok and Queen Beatrix in Holland

Barely clad sex symbol Pamela Anderson surprised opening-night guests of magician Hans Klok’s high-speed new show in Amsterdam. Not only did she go on stage in a nearly next-to-nothing, low-cut silver outfit, but she closed the show with a full-on, lip-lock kiss with the Dutch illusionist!

Pamela and Hans had starred together here on the Strip in the show Beauty of Magic at Planet Hollywood. They’ve remained close friends, and Hans stuck by her through a rushed Las Vegas quickie wedding to poker player Rick Salomon and subsequent 90-day-later bust-up and divorce. She was previously married to musicians Tommy Lee and Kid Rock.

Hans invited her to Holland for the opening of his new run of shows there -- and she couldn’t have been sexier, saucier or sassier! Her barely there, bareback body suit was low cut to show off her cleavage and high cut to show off her thighs. There was little left to the imagination in this insatiable city.

The 41-year-old glamour queen is comfortable and confident with her nudity. She holds the record for 13 pictorial appearances in Playboy since her Baywatch days.

“I’ve been in it 13 times, and I can’t end on that number. I am definitely doing Playboy again because I have got to do one more. The number 14 will keep things safe!”

Pamela will be in Las Vegas this coming weekend at the 37th Annual Kruse auto auction at South Point, where she hopes to sell her silver “Love Stream” trailer complete with stripper pole -- the trailer is a gift from Hugh Hefner.

It wasn’t her skimpy costume or wild onstage antics that got the Dutch riled up during her visit there -- the platinum pinup sent a letter to the country’s ruling monarch, Queen Beatrix, demanding a total ban on fur farming. Pamela, the leading voice for animal right’s organization PETA, told the royal that she was pleased with the country’s stance on fur farming but wanted even more action taken.

She wrote in an open letter: “I was thrilled to learn that Holland has banned several kinds of fur farming, but now I hope you will consider enacting a ban on all types of fur farming. A ban on fur farming would be such an enormous inspiration for other countries and animal lovers around the world.”

Pamela also made appearances at the Millionaire Fair luxury goods show in Holland and added: “I hope my presence here will encourage people to consider that you can have a fashion look that kills -- but without killing animals. I want to encourage more people to opt for fur-free products.

“Nobody should support the idea of gassing, strangling or electrocuting animals -- especially for a luxury item. I hope the next time I visit will be to celebrate a complete Dutch ban on fur farming.”

Her open letter to the Dutch queen upset citizens and newspapers there because etiquette calls for such letters to be kept private and not made public on her own Web site!

Incidentally, Pamela is blaming the sagging economy with one of our Strip nightclub’s decision to axe her and ex-husband Tommy Lee’s proposed joint New Year’s Eve appearance for a midnight countdown party. However, I can reliably tell you the deal was never shelved because it was never finalized in a contract. The club group signed another couple for the appearance simply because their joint fee was half the price of Tommy and Pamela’s asking price.

It was simple economics and nothing else!
