Actor, singer and producer David Hasselhoff had a busy Las Vegas weekend visit when he watched his daughter Taylor’s University of Arizona Wildcats football team win their first bowl game in 19 years. They beat the Brigham Young University team 31-21 in the 17th Pioneer Las Vegas Bowl, which was telecast on ESPN.

David sang the national anthem to kick off the ballgame. His pal Travis Cloer, who appears in Jersey Boys at the Palazzo, sang “America the Beautiful.”

To celebrate the victory, David took his daughter and four other guests to watch Cirque du Soleil’s Ka at MGM Grand. David later teamed up with his former Baywatch son, actor Jeremy Jackson, and the grown-up guys hit LAX in the Luxor. They both stuck with Fiji water as they watched screaming fans from their VIP stage table.

Before the big football game, both teams attended an early performance of Stomp Out Loud at Planet Hollywood. Four players from each team were invited on stage for a private lesson from the cast on how to “stomp,” and ESPN cameras used the footage during breaks in the bowl game. Stomp was an official sponsor of the 2008 Pioneer Las Vegas Bowl.
