Pointer Sisters wow Silverton crowd as they await White House call

It’s highly possible that The Pointer Sisters might be invited to The White House for President-elect Barack Obama’s inauguration, but they’ll have to sing for their supper -- and perform for free!

Las Vegas fans, however, received a special treat when the three first ladies of song performed over the holiday weekend at Silverton Casino Lodge. Our contributing photographer Scott Harrison was there front row and center, so close in fact that he was even able to snap the song list!

Since they were all in matching blue pants suits, that’s Issa in the glasses, Ruth with the curly hair and Anita with the long, straight, light-brown hair! After their Silverton show, all three ladies grabbed seats in the VIP section of Krave nightclub at Planet Hollywood’s Miracle Mile to celebrate the show’s success.
