Pure at Caesars Palace was recognized for a third consecutive year as Best Superclub and also for Best Party with its Summer Surprise series. LAX at the Luxor was nominated for Best Club, Best Bottle Service and Best One-Off event with the DJ AM and Travis Barker party back in June. The new sister nightclub Christian Audigier at Treasure Island received nods for Best Interior Design and Best Bottle Service.

The X Girls.

*One of the gorgeous twins in the X burlesque lineup at the Flamingo is departing the singles market now that she’s engaged. Another X dancer just returned to the lineup after recovering from injuries sustained in a serious accident. And if “ X” marks the spot, let me run the rumor that a male X dancers show might be headed into Hooters, and a late midnight show called Night Circus, with a freakish look at the darker underbelly of Las Vegas nightlife, might just open up its big tent at O’Sheas beside the Flamingo on the Strip.

Tonight’s tip

The highlight of the night is the first-anniversary celebration of Iron Chef Kerry Simon’s Cathouse restaurant and boutique nightclub at the Luxor. In addition to the Dancing With the Stars tour stop at The Orleans Arena, there’s Girl Talk with Dan Deacon at the House of Blues in Mandalay Bay -- and it’s for members of both sexes.
