Cher’s Vegas runaway marriage report denied

Caesars is offering quite a deal for a night at the hotel and a date with Cher.

Tabloid and Internet gossip reports worldwide are ablaze today that 62-year-old singing star Cher has married a 36-year-old former Hells Angel biker!

The buzz broke in advance of Friday’s National Enquirer story that Cher, who headlines at The Colosseum it Caesars Palace, had “eloped” -- and married in a surprise and secret Vegas ceremony.

I can confirm that not one of my celebrity wedding sources in Vegas has any knowledge whatsoever of the supposed runaway exchange of vows -- nor is there any record, at least yet, of a certificate for a license at City Hall!

Cher’s long-term press representative Liz Rozenberg also denies the tale saying Cher won’t be back in Vegas until August. “Cher always promised me if she ever got married again I’d be the flower girl, and I didn’t get any such invite. There is no such wedding,” she commented.

Despite the denial, the story is heating up- and Luxe Life will continue to watch it for any further developments.
