Jamie Foxx and Brody Jenner play the Palms’ party pleasure game
By Robin Leach
None other than Oscar-winning actor, singer and comedy star Jamie Foxx was first in line -- with friends -- for the first midnight showing of the new Dark Night Batman movie at the Brenden Theatre at the Palms!
Jamie took over a VIP cabana at the Palms pool for his seven friends and ordered up chicken quesadillas, chicken salad, pina coladas and Fiji water. His friends danced and partied in the sun, but Jamie, wearing camouflage shorts and a polo shirt, relaxed happily in the shade.
Once again George Maloof’s platinum playpen, the Palms, was celebrity central. George Clooney’s former gal-pal Sarah Larson was spotted up at Ghost Bar and Sacramento Kings basketball coach Reggie Theus ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and iced tea during his brief visit to the Palms pool, wearing a Kings shirt, shorts and slippers! UFC head honcho Dana White was with mixed martial artist BJ Penn, eating steaks at N9NE Steakhouse in a group of seven people. They ordered up rock shrimp, shrimp cocktails and sashimi to go with their filets!
But all eyes were on shirtless hunk Brody Jenner when he hosted the Ditch party at the Palms pool. Resident DJ Skribble taught Brody how to spin the wheels of steel and twist the turntables!
During the afternoon poolside, The Hills star selected several lucky fans to spend the evening with him in the adjoining Rain nightclub. It was before midnight when he took the main stage VIP tables -- and it was 3 a.m. before they all left!
For Brody, it was just the warm up to a weekend whirl that went nonstop. He was spotted everywhere from the Bank to the Hard Rock!
