Nicholas Cage wants $1.5 million profit on house re-sale

National Treasure movie star Nicholas Cage loves Vegas real estate for investment purposes. He has hung a near $10 million price tag on his 14,000-square-foot investment home with views of the Strip. It has garage parking for 16 cars, real estate records and listing information show.
The seven-bedroom house was built in 2003 and has a pool, a movie theater and an elevator. The action-adventure star bought the property in 2006 for $8.5 million, records show, and now he wants $9.95 million for it. The actor bought a nearby smaller home on the same street for $2.25 million and sold it for $2.3 million last year.
