Sarah Larson in Vegas: “Single and Available”

She arrived -- then conquered and when all is said and done, Sarah Larson has become Vegas’ newest princess! The former cocktail waitress enjoyed a real-life Cinderella tale, and over the weekend when she hosted her very own night at Tao in the Venetian, you knew she was the new “IT” girl.
Sarah was just named as one of the 100 most beautiful women in America. It’s been a whirlwind year for the statuesque beauty. Just 12 months ago she toiled as a cocktail server for the N9NE Group empire at the Palms working in both the Playboy Club and the Moon nightspots --just above in the Fantasy Tower. Then her life changed when screen superstar George Clooney attending the red-carpet premiere of his Oceans 13 movie locked eyes on her.
For the next several months Sarah and George became the new darling jetset couple, spotted on globe-hopping trips for film festivals, movie events -– and even arm in arm at the Oscars. Everybody who chronicles the lifestyle of the eligible bachelor predicted an engagement was imminent. Sadly the love story crashed in his usual MO –- and he returned to “most eligible bachelor status” again, but Sarah bravely bounced back to Vegas. She decided on a modeling career and she’s now racking up success after success -- even becoming the face of the new Christian Audigier fashion line.
You know you’ve “arrived” in the platinum playground when People magazine salutes you and one of the Strips top nightclubs proudly proclaims your special night with VIP invitations and full-page ads.
Sarah arrived wearing a belted Black Halo dress with 10 of her closest Vegas friends and faced her first one-on-one red carpet interviews. She confirmed to newshounds and gossips that she is currently single and there is no new steady guy in her life! Despite rumblings from inside the Playboy empire about offering her megabucks to pose as a celebrity cover and centerfold, she denied the current rumors. Sarah and her entourage sat by Tao’s famed 20-foot-tall Buddha and enjoyed the Chilean sea bass stay, pad Thai noodles and a large dessert platter with the restaurant’s signature giant fortune cookie. After dinner, they went upstairs to their VIP table on the dance floor complete with Grey Goose bottles and champagne. Sarah and her friends toasted the “coming out” night with champagne and in true celebrity style danced through the early morning hours.
Just after 2 a.m., Academy Award-winning actor Jamie Foxx arrived to party for the second consecutive weekend. He took over the DJ mic and hyped up the crazed crowd singing several songs and then encouraged them to chant along with him. Just a few tables away was actress Ashley Scott celebrating her birthday. Since she co-starred with Jamie in The Kingdom she stopped by at his VIP table on the dance floor to say hello. Also spotted in a private skybox was super manager Nigel Lythgoe, who judges on his So You Think You Can Dance hit TV show.
