She borrows his briefs — and he slips into her thong!

It’s the most bizarre story I have heard in my nine years in Vegas -- and believe me I’ve heard some deliciously juicy tidbits. This one, however, is the ultimate and deserves to be told because its so outrageous. I swear as sure as the driven snow it’s totally true -- and involves a major Strip nightclub executive who partied with his girlfriend and his brother at the Hard Rock Hotel.

The passionate fun got so heated that the couple decided to trade their clothes and he put on everything she took off -- right down to her thong underwear. She followed suit and donned his shirt, tie, jacket and pants and yes -- even his briefs!

The trio went downstairs from a guest room to the casino floor, where she -- dressed in his clothes -- watched from behind as he made a solo outside lap of the casino’s circular floor in her clothes. His brother even cheered them on! Hotel security didn’t spot the ‘role-play game’ unlike other fun incidents where they’ve sent girls back to their room for being in bathrobes with nothing on underneath!

STARS READY FOR 10-DAY CINEVEGAS 10TH ANNUAL FILM FESTIVAL WITH TONIGHT’S ‘ROCKER’ PREMIERE:

CineVegas finally arrives –- and the film festival’s 10th anniversary kicks off tonight with the rock ’n’ roll premiere of The Rocker. Twentieth Century Fox won’t release it until Aug. 1, so Vegas gets a six-week advance look. The 10 days of premieres, parties, stars and screenings starts with rocking humor. The raucously hilarious comedy is directed by Peter Cattaneo, who brought us The Full Monty -– and he’ll be on the red carpet this evening with stars Rainn Wilson from The Office, Christina Applegate from The Legend of Ron Burgundy,, Superbad actress Emma Stone, Curb Your Enthusiasm’s Jeff Garlin, 21’s Joshua Gad and popster Teddy Geiger.

The movie tells the story of a failed drummer in an ’80s hair band who, 20 years later, gives up his desk job to reclaim his rock throne playing for his young nephew’s band. Wilson plays the out-of-control, sometimes-naked drummer on his second quest for rock stardom.

The Hollywood contingent should start walking the red carpet at the Brenden Theaters in the Palms as of 6.30pm followed by the 7.30 p.m. screening. Dennis Hopper, CineVegas chairman; Robin Greenspun, CineVegas president; Danny Greenspun; CineVegas Artistic Director Trevor Groth and Palms owner George Maloof will join the film’s celebrities. After the screening, the official kickoff party will be held at the rooftop Moon nightclub in the Palms Fantasy Tower.

Luxe Life will have daily coverage, starting next week, of all the CineVegas star-studded events.

DIAMOND GRILLED L’IL JOHN’s OUTRAGEOUSLY BLINGED OUT BASH:

In a city where the outrageous is often considered perfectly acceptable -- please see today’s lead story for example -- Jet nightclub at The Mirage threw an original event experience unlike any before. Nightlife’s self-titled “pimps and playas” from clubs all over town raised their Patron-filled “crunk cups” at Jet’s first Crunk Cup Ball. It was hosted by legendary rapper and hip-hop superstar Lil' Jon, who spun his own special DJ set and toasted Vegas' nightlife elite at what may have been the wildest party of the year on the Strip. Earlier in the evening, Lil' Jon (flashing a mouth-filled grille of sparkling diamonds and his bling-encrusted tequila triple-shot cup) and his crew dined at Stack at The Mirage. The Crunk Cup Ball was produced by Steven Lockwood, Jet’s marketing director, who has created other outrageous original signature events, including the now- infamous Pole-a-Palooza, Boobs or Bust, and 9 to 5: Partying is a Full Time Job.

VEGAS DESSERT CHEFS BATTLE FOR TOP TITLE OF “BEST PASTRY CHEF IN AMERICA”:

Two Strip dessert chefs have wound up in the Top 10 listing of America’s best pastry chefs from Pastry Art and Design Magazine – and now one of those chefs could win the Chocolate Masterpiece Challenge and $10,000. For the second year, Vincent Pilon, Mandalay Bay’s executive pastry chef, has been voted amongst the Top 10 – and this time is joined in the prestigious listing by Jenifer Witte from Alex at the Wynn. Vincent has already been selected with his creations to compete against three other pastry chefs in Denver on June 26 for the Food Network’s Challenge series. He is given an eight-hour time challenge to recreate a recognizable and respected fine art sculpture out of chocolate. Judges could award him the $10,000 grand prize when the episode airs in October.

The Pastry Art and Design Top 10 listing includes Vincent and Jenifer, along with Sebastian Rousel from our Thomas Keller’s restaurant group in New York, Alfred Stephens from Olives in New York, Stephane Treand from the St. Regis Resort on Monarch Beach in Dana Point, Calif., along with Ciril Hitz, Giles Remussen, Ellen Straus, Alex Stupak plus Deborah Rocket of the Gotham Bar and Grill in Manhattan.

YOUNG-LOVIN' LINDA HOGAN LOOKING TO PUT THE BIG HURT ON THE HULKSTER

Linda Hogan, estranged wife of wrestling star Hulk Hogan, wants a Florida judge to settle a feud over the $4.2 million penthouse they have at the new Palms Place condo tower.

Linda, who shocked guests with a 19-year-old toyboy on her arm at the days-ago official grand opening of George Maloof's new combo condo-hotel, has been verbally attacked by her own daughter for dating her former classmate!

Now she wants the Hulkster jailed in the same Florida detention facility where their son is serving an eight-month sentence for causing a high-speed race car crash that left his friend seriously paralyzed. She claims that her former husband has not paid his share of the $4.2 million for the Palms resort ultra-luxury rooftop apartment -- and thus he should be cited and jailed.

A court order is in place that requires them to share its purchase -- and she claims he hasn't lived up to that ruling. Luxe Life will continue to follow this breaking news story.

-- Its only taken eight years but congratulations are in order for Anita Mann, the producer of the Fantasy topless cabaret revue at the Luxor -- because Britain’s most famous theatrical impresario, Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber (Phantom, Cats, Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat) selected her musical, Imagine This to open in London’s West End this fall as the replacement for Trevor Nunn’s Gone With the Wind musical. Anita told me she’d begun work on the unique and unusual love story set in Warsaw, Poland back in 2000. They were ready to roll with it on Broadway, but the attacks of 9/11 halted her plans. It’s taken all this time for them to get back into the rotation -– and even now Lord Webber jumped her show over five others competing!

-- Flair bartender extraordinaire Rodrigo Delpech was crowned champion at the Ultimate Flair Bartending Championship held June 3-5 at Harrah’s Carnival Court. Last year he wound up 3rd in the contest but this year he beat out 60 other bartenders from around the world to win the $25,000 grand prize.

-- From the Surveillance File: Upcoming Flamingo headliners Morris Day and The Time have arrived at the resort casino and began checking out the attractions there with a first stop at the midnight topless cabaret revue show of the X Burlesque dancers … celebrity turntable twister DJ AM celebrated the birthday of his best pal, Tabu’s Rok Box resident DJ, Scotty Boy, who took the night off but still hit his ultra-lounge for the “Happy Birthday to You” sing-along, and Dan Henderson, former Olympic wrestler and current mixed martial arts fighter joined in the fun.
