Actress Amy Smart recruited Black Eyed Peas star Will.i.am to help her raise awareness for “Get Out the Vote” when she hosted a party at the new Lavo restaurant and nightclub at the Palazzo.

Amy wore a hot-pink T-shirt emblazoned with the organization’s Web site prominently

displayed. Amy and Will.i.am hosted a dinner with executive chef Ludo Lefevbre’s signature dishes, then took control of the lounge with a special DJ set before heading up to the nightclub to dance through the night.

Also dining at Lavo and watching the unique mini-rally were How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris with A.J. Buckley and Jonathan Togo of CSI, Christina Hendricks of Mad Men and Apple’s Mac actor Justin Long. After dinner they went to the outdoor patio to partake in the ancient smoking ritual of the hookah -- in between the rare raindrops!

R&B superstar Maxwell treated his entire band to dinner of Kobe sliders and Filet Rossini at Lavo. For the second consecutive night, Oscar-winning actor Adrien Brody hit Lavo, and after dinner with Maxwell, he took them out to the terrace for the hookah ritual, too!

Blue Man Group showed up at Amy Smart's party.

Adrien was with Simon Rex and Nick Boeck for a fashion photo shoot for Maxim magazine, and they filmed at various Palazzo locations, including star chef Charlie Trotter’s Restaurant Charlie, where they stayed on for first-night dinner. Other celebrities at Lavo included Everwood star Gregory Smith, poker pro Antonio Esfandiari and the other cast members of The Venetian’s new Real Deal interactive poker show.

Before Amy ended her Smart visit to Vegas, she treated a group of 20 friends to a farewell dinner at the sister Tao restaurant beneath the 20-foot Buddha. The group ordered up Hong Kong XO Shrimp, Imperial Egg Rolls and assorted sushi delicacies.
