Star chef Joel Robuchon unveils gigantic 800-recipe cookbook

Fresh from his win as America’s only three-star Michelin chef, Joel Robuchon returns from his Paris headquarters to unveil his new monster cookbook at his two MGM restaurants here this evening.

I think he makes cookbook history with a gigantic, 800-plus recipes. The French version won raves, with Paris Match stating: “From starters to desserts, all the classics of good home cooking are here.”

Said Joel: “I wanted to show that anybody could cook French home-style for the way we live now.” The New York Times reviewer proclaimed: “It is a kind of French Joy of Cooking infused with his years of experience.”

Robuchon, hailed as “The Pope” of fine dining and masterful cuisine by his colleagues in the kingdom of kitchen kings, will sign the new published book, which will become an automatic culinary treasure.
