Kim Kardashian parties at the Palms; tough guys Sly Stallone and Jason Statham land on Planet Hollywood

We all know where those sweets go, right, Kim?

Las Vegas was a glittering, celebrity-studded playground last night as the stars came out for superstar music and movie premieres! As a messiah of messaging, I managed to catch up with all of them in the same night!
Gorgeous Kim Kardashian, along with siblings Kourtney, Khloe and Robert, enjoyed a Vegas Magazine cover girl party at the Palms. Hotel owner George Maloof threw open one of the luxurious new penthouse condos just below the top floor at his swank Palms Place tower, and Iron Chef Kerry Simon -- who runs his Simon restaurant there -- provided the fun food and champagne!

Kim gave me a very candid, and surprisingly intimate, exclusive interview at the party when we stepped out on the balcony overlooking the sparkling lights of the Vegas skyline. We’ll have that right here on Monday morning, so be sure to click back for the latest on her romance with New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush, her regrets about that now-infamous sex tape, and why she doesn’t get into the legal scrapes and troubles other young Hollywood stars have fallen into nowadays. I’ve known Kim and her mom for many years, so it was a great one-on-one reunion for us -- and she’s looking forward to returning to Vegas to celebrate New Year's!

Vegas Magazine executives, including our fearless leader Michael T. Carr, Group Publisher Alison Miller, Editor Melinda Sheckells, and Kim’s writer, Eric Gladstone, attended along with hair color king Michael Boychuck. Afterwards, Kim took off with her sisters to watch the Usher concert there at The Pearl concert theater from George Maloof’s skybox.
The Man on the Strip: Jason Statham.
Over at Planet Hollywood, movie star Sly Stallone held down the fort until his friend, tough guy Jason Statham, landed an hour late from New York for the world premiere of Transporter 3. This is one powerful, high-octane, super-explosive, all-action movie. Jason’s driving scenes -- through a forest, and then landing his car atop a speeding train -- let alone his extraordinary fight scenes, are edge-of-your-seat thriller cinematic masterpieces.

Thousands of fans, including hundreds of Brits in town for tonight’s Ricky “The Hitman” Hatton fight at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, lined the red carpet, which snaked well over 1,000 feet through the casino. Jason was mobbed and stopped to sign autographs and pose for photos along the walk that took him more than 15 minutes to finish as he fought his way through the crazed crowds. Before he flies back to New York tomorrow, he’ll go with Stallone and Planet Hollywood’s head honcho, Robert Earl, ringside tonight for the Hatton fireworks.

I’ve seen many-a red carpet, but never one with this much excitement and adoration. Jason has become a new sex symbol superstar -- and one man who’d shaved his head identically got the rugged actor to sign a Queen of England’s “fiver” (a 5-pound note) that he told me would sell for thousands back home for his autistic children’s charity!
Stallone has hired Jason to co-star with him in his next film, The Expendables, a tale of a group of mercenaries. They start filming in Brazil this coming March. Jason told me: “It’s always been a dream of mine to work with Sly. He was my all-time movie hero when I was growing up -– so this really is a dream come true.” Stallone told me that his other co-stars would be martial-arts expert Jet Li and, unknown by anybody until yesterday, Dolph Lundgren!
Jason and Stallone had only 30 minutes to discuss the script and plot, which Sly has written especially for the British actor. After the movie premiere Jason, Stallone and Robert Earl celebrated at Prive nightclub. Femme fatale fans mobbed Jason wherever he went, and Stallone was able to disco on the dance floor while enjoying his cigar! It wasn’t until 4 this morning that the stars called it a night!
Jason told me that he willingly risks his own life -- rather than the lives of stuntmen -- in the wild, wicked driving sequences, because of the adrenaline rush. Please check back here Monday for all his other secret revelations in our full photo report, plus our exclusive up-close-and-personal interviews with the stars.
