Tyson-Holyfield ‘Unfinished Business’ sounds like risky business for would-be models

Is a battle between boxing’s yesteryear champions Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield actually in the cards? It’s the first I’ve heard of an “Unfinished Business” heavyweight boxing contest to be staged in Dubai at the end of January. Boxing fans may know better and far more than I do. Its OK -– I can hear you screaming “ear ear!”

However, there’s a hint of scandal already blowing around this event -- and I’m not talking just about the possibility of another ear-munching by Tyson! All my research to date shows no sign of an announced Tyson-Holyfield fight, so it’s highly possibly it could just be the come on ruse to find curvy charmers and bombshell blondes.

Models in Las Vegas and Los Angeles are being “cast” to be ring girls at the “Big Event” – and according to one agency recruiter there’s a $10,000 payday for each blonde or redhead selected from the casting calls to hold the ring cards. What? No brunettes? No! However, mixed-race models are acceptable so long as they have light eyes -- whatever that means!!! If the models are selected as chaperones for the VIP guests that are only a $5,000 fee!

Who is the mystery client? Well all I’ve learned so far is that it’s a Prince in the Dubai Royal Family and the lucky/unlucky girls will depart Jan. 28 on his private jet to the United Arab Emirates providing their passports are in order! The pitch made to Vegas beauties by one of the model agency heads was that if the Prince is pleased you could be part of a regular ongoing travel team!

It doesn’t ring right with me even if it is all on the up-and-up! It sounds like you know what -- and not at all dissimilar to what the Sultan of Brunei’s younger brother, Prince Jefrey got accused of when he shuttled models into that gas-rich kingdom. The girls discovered they got the promised money but learned they couldn’t leave as easy as they had arrived. British tabloids exposed that sex scandal with screaming headlines! He once owned a huge mansion 10 minutes from the Strip here in Spanish Trail and befriended Michael Jackson for a while.

Potential models have been asked to “dress to impress” and “bring your best attitude ever.” Doesn’t sound like a proper modeling assignment to me -– but Luxe Life will continue to monitor the story if any Vegas beauties wind up over there for the “Unfinished Business “ fight. No disrespect to Tyson and Holyfield –- both need the money -- but I guess staging that rivalry fell on deaf ears here in Vegas because of their age and physical shape?
