Charo does a two-for-one Strip show

The “cuchi-cuchi” charm of Charo turned on the crowds of fans and well-wishers who followed her all over the Strip while she was filming not one, but two simultaneous TV shows.

It took the international sexy singing star two 12-hour days of filming for her segments and introductions. The first show was for PBS with local entertainer producer Tony Sacca, who is Charo’s co-host. Over 10 years of his local star TV interviews will be culled to add as a “look back over the years” at the Vegas entertainment scene. PBS will start airing the special in January as part of the New Year kickoff Pledge Drive. Charo filmed on the gondolas at The Venetian, across from the fountains of the Bellagio and up in the Mix restaurant club lounge overlooking the Strip atop Mandalay Bay.

Charo’s other show was for a Spanish TV network. The reality series is centered around her life and her travels. Both shows gave her the opportunity to perform her songs and her incredible classical guitar talents.
