Birthday bash for Panic! At the Disco

Ryan Ross and Spencer Smith of our Vegas hometown hitmakers Panic! At The Disco celebrated their joint birthdays at the Blush boutique nightclub in the Wynn Las Vegas last night. About 40 of their friends took over the VIP room for dancing and drinking.
Hidden away to scream "surprise" when Ryan and Spencer arrived was fellow rocker Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy -- solo, as pregnant wife Ashley Simpson was resting up at home awaiting the upcoming birth of their first baby.
The party was originally planned for Saturday night but rehearsals in Hollywood forced them to move the celebration up by four days. The gorgeous girls of Blush served up a music-themed birthday cake complete with sparklers for the birthday boys, who will be seen live at MTV's Video Music Awards show in Los Angeles on Sunday.
