Tonight’s Tip: Solange Knowles parties at Prive
By Robin Leach
Solange Knowles, more than Beyonce's sister.
*Gorgeous recording artist Solange Knowles celebrates the release of her new album Sol-angel & The Hadley St.Dreams at a “Money for Nothing” party in Prive at the Planet Hollywood. The “Sandcastle Disco” songstress doesn’t want anyone referring to her as Beyonce’s younger sister or Jay-Z’s sister in law! OK –- so we won’t!
But we will have the photos overnight for you tomorrow!
*The oddball teaming of comics Jim O’Brien and Alex Valdez starts a weeklong run at the Riviera Comedy Club. Valdez who has been blind since age seven hails from Mexico and O’Brien is from Ireland. They specialize, as the first standup comedian with a disability, in laughing away stereotypical images of Hispanics and the disabled.
*It seems like a decade … and our ink-stained colleagues at the Weekly are sponsoring the Godspeed anniversary party in the Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay’s House of Blues.
TOMORROW'S TEASE:

We join Entourage star Kevin Dillon as he celebrates his birthday at the Hard Rock and gallop all over town with Billy Bob Thornton as he plays and parties on and off the Strip.
