Strip Scribbles: Another topless revue in Las Vegas, and it’s for Bad Girls

Sin City is living up to its name, particularly when the newest topless revue Sin City Bad Girls premieres at the Las Vegas Hilton on April 24. Eight scantily clad beauties will perform their seductive and sexy rock routines in the new show. Dancers and a live band back singer Lorena Peril in this provocative project.

Originally, there’d been fast-running rumors around town that the Hilton would welcome adult-XXX-rated actress Tera Patrick to the Shimmer showroom with a topless cabaret. Instead, Bad Girls, who promise to taunt and titillate, landed the gig, but I hear that negotiations are continuing for another hotel venue for Tera and producer, husband and rocker Evan Seinfeld.

Sin City Bad Girls, created by Platinum Productions entertainment executive Glenn Medas and Emmy Award-winning choreographer Michael Chambers, will be the only show of its kind in town with a live rock band on stage and the smoking-hot dancers. They also produce Sin City Heat, which has been running for three years at the Hilton, and the newer party band show Rich and Famous, which does not feature me! They also have the topless how Sin City Kitties in Primm Valley.

*My longtime friend Vanna White of Wheel of Fortune will be filming today at The Venetian and Palazzo in advance of the July visit by Pat Sajak. They will be shooting a month’s worth of programs for the top-rated syndication show with Las Vegas contestants, visitors and tourists at the two adjoining resort casinos. I’ve been invited to join Vanna while she shoots promos, stand-ups and other advance TV needs, and we’ll have that exclusive photo report next week after we have our busy schedule of ShoWest, Hugh Hefner’s 83rd birthday and Academy of Country Music Awards stories behind us! Then we’ll return to join them in July for a full behind-the-scenes tour of the hit game show.

Mel B.

*Looks like Scary Spice girl Mel Brown might just spend more time living in Las Vegas for a while now that her cabaret revue Peepshow is set to open this week at Planet Hollywood. Sources say that she’s put her L.A. mansion up for sale at just $1 less than the $3 million she paid for it in 2007. Realtors say the Beverly Hills home has fabulous city views and underwent a $1 million makeover, which is built into the price. Ouch to falling home values even in the swank, star-studded enclave!

The British Isles in Las Vegas: British actor Jason Statham and Irish magician Keith Barry.

*Congratulations to Irish magician Keith Barry, who won the Critics Choice Award for Best Magician during his monthlong residency at Planet Hollywood. He also picked up the Merlin Award for Mentalist of the Year 2009. Now I hear talks are underway for him to return to the Planet this spring for another slightly longer residency. Jason Statham, Bette Midler, Mel B and Paris Hilton were among the celebrities who stopped in to see his mind-boggling feats.

*Delegates attending ShoWest 2009 at Bally’s and Paris are astounded at the record-setting weekend box office haul of $58 million for Monsters vs. Aliens 3-D. It drives home the point that 3-D has arrived, one movie executive told me.

“Theater owners love it, because 3-D audiences pay more for the ticket, and they also spend more at the concession stand. They want to sit back and enjoy the experience.” Christie Digital is the undisputed market leader -- and owns Brilliant 3-D -- with 80 percent of the digital cinema market cornered. Their exhibit booth was swamped yesterday after the box office results. We can’t show you what these people were looking at because it would appear totally blurred beyond belief. But these photos do show you what the audiences look like in the new 3-D glasses!

Eva Longoria Parker and Tony Parker at Pure.

*Sexy Desperate Housewives siren Eva Longoria Parker, who is a regular at the Ken Paves salon at the new Eleven Spa in Town Square, says she married basketball star Tony Parker because he doesn’t like all the makeup and gowns and thinks she’s sexiest when she wakes up in the morning! Eva was just named TV Guide’s “Sexiest Woman in Television,” but her San Antonio Spurs star doesn’t care about the glamour. “He’s so over it,” Eva told TV Guide. The diminutive actress, who was highly ranked in FHM Magazine’s “Sexiest Women” poll and was on Maxim’s Hot 100 List, vows no more lesbian lip lock scenes on the ABC hit series. Eva and co-star Teri Hatcher, who was here for our Keep Memory Alive charity gala, heated up TV screens with their sizzling smooches. But Eva says, “No more -- definitely no more kissing girls.”

*Rapper Pittsburgh Slim joined with MTV star Fonzworth Bentley of From G’s to Gents for an impromptu concert at the Hard Rock Hotel’s Body English. Nearby at Carey Hart’s Wasted Space were Unwritten Law singer Scott Russo and former Extra host Mark McGrath. The Sugar Ray frontman performed two songs for the enthusiastic crowd.

*It’s appropriate that hypnotist Anthony Cools would pick April 1 as the opening date of his new show Freaks in its second-floor showroom of O’Shea’s. I’m not trying to fool you when I tell you this is not for the faint of heart. You will witness people eating glass and piercing all parts of their bodies with thin, long needles, turning themselves into human shish kabobs -- and that’s the tame stuff before we get to the strange stuff! No wonder the first-night celebrity carpet will be blood red!

Tonight’s tips

It’s no joke when Mini Kiss throws the wildest April Fools’ Day festivities at LAX in the Luxor with a tribute to Crazy Crazy Nights. … Carey Hart welcomes the Plain White T’s with backup bands Danger Radio and Vedera to his Wasted Space at the Hard Rock Hotel. … The Moody Blues bring that unique trio sound to the Star of the Desert Arena in Primm. … Doug E. Fresh is the show at Rok Vegas inside New York-New York. … Gorgeous girls will vie for attention at the model search and launch party for my friend Alan Waxler’s model and talent agency! … As if that’s not enough for an expanded midweek schedule, then let me add that manicurists will be on hand (oh, forgive that pun) at Ghostbar ultra lounge in the Palms for a free hand job (forgive that one, too!) in honor of April Fools’ Day!

Tomorrow’s teases

Two ends of the film world meet at ShoWest when youngster Zac Efron and veteran Sir Michael Caine are honored at the movie convention, plus gorgeous girls galore at The Playboy Club in the Palms as the judges decide who should be the next model of the month! TV comedy star David Spade begins his run of shows at The Venetian; The Men of X strip down for their premiere; and we’ve got the fun photos of celebrity chef Susan Feniger’s opening night of her new Street restaurant.
