Playboy founder Hugh Hefner celebrates his 83rd birthday this weekend with daylong festivities at the Palms. How he will juggle past The Girls Next Door reality stars and exes Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt with his new and current trio of gal pals Crystal Harris and twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon remains the biggest question of the weekend.

All six will be on his arm tomorrow for a pleasure-packed party.

It begins at the Palms Place pool with an afternoon session of swimming and sunning, and Hef’s agreed to talk with me on camera at the adjoining Kerry Simon restaurant for an exclusive one-on-one interview. Tomorrow night, he will enjoy a birthday dinner hosted by Palms tycoon George Maloof at N9NE Steakhouse, and the final festivities will be upstairs in the world’s only Playboy Club atop the Fantasy Tower.

Vegas DeLuxe will be there every step of the way, so be sure to check back Sunday for our story, photographs and video.
