Palms owner George Maloof hosted Hugh Hefner’s 83rd birthday celebrations at his hotel last night, and the soiree was still going strong early this morning with stops in two nightclubs!
At dinner, Hef sat with new No. 1 squeeze Crystal Harris on his right, and the two held hands, nuzzled and kissed throughout the meal. The Shannon twins Karissa and Kristina sat on his left, and only Hef chatted with them! Former gal pals Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt sat with their boyfriends at the same table.
Former No. 1 girlfriend Holly Madison waited to join the group at Moon for birthday cake and Bridget’s “Happy Birthday” sing-along a la Marilyn Monroe. First stop, though, was of course at Hef’s Playboy Club for Perrier Jouet champagne and a toast.
Our contributing photographer Denise Truscello recorded the magical night.
The Shannon twins are only 19, so the two nightclubs were off-limits to them per Nevada Gaming rules and regulations. Karissa and Kristina retreated to Hef's Fantasy Suite to await his return and Crystal’s promised birthday burlesque show.
