The Hills star Stephanie Pratt wore a strapless, bare-shouldered dress -- along with the new Hollywood rage of a decorative headband -- when she arrived at Body English in the Hard Rock Hotel. It was a big blowout birthday bash for Stephanie, and she was presented with a special birthday cake.

Stephanie sat at a VIP table with friends and received a “Happy Birthday” surprise visit from Ben Lyons of E!’s Daily 10 and Wasted Space owner and motorcross champion and stunt rider Carey Hart.

Then it was time for dancing -- until it was time to call it a night! Or in Stephanie’s case, “an early morning.” No sign of her beloved sibling, Spencer Pratt, or his significant other, Heidi Montag.
