It came down to low-scorers Jackass stuntman Steve-O and, surprisingly, bucking bronco rider Ty Murray facing the judges’ wrath last night as we reported on our post-live telecast story (click HERE for that spoiler-alert story).
Steve-O and Lacey Schwimmer scored only 16 in last place, and Ty and Chelsie Hightower received 18 out of 30. Lawrence Taylor, who had wretched rehearsals, had an impressive live performance with Edyta Sliwinska and scored 22.
Here are the official overnight photos from our friends at ABC:
Tonight, it’s once again up to the viewers to decide to either contradict the judges or vote along with them. Will they conform and pit Steve-O against Ty, or will Steve live yet another week and Ty face Lawrence for a second time in the elimination round? Will it be Ty vs. Lawrence? Or heaven forbid, but they could also pick on Julianne and Chuck, who are in the bottom fourth slot. Safe to say the top four stars Shawn Johnson, Gilles Marini, Melissa Rycroft and Lil’ Kim are definitely safe this week.
We will have our weekly spoiler-alert story right after tonight’s live transmission from L.A. to the East Coast.
Julianne Hough and Chuck Wicks.
Don’t forget our Las Vegas Dancing With the Stars cancer fundraiser is Sunday afternoon at Rain in the Palms hosted by master magician Lance Burton. The big question is if our Merry Mayor of Mirth Oscar Goodman will be sufficiently recovered from his rehearsal injuries to dance with partner Dana Delgado!
Edyta Sliwinska and Lawrence Taylor.
