Actress-singer Lindsay Lohan was in the star-studded audience for the red carpet premiere of Peepshow at Planet Hollywood tonight and has declared her interest in taking over for General Hospital star Kelly Monaco when Kelly’s run in the show ends.
Lindsay, fresh from her breakup with DJ Samantha Ronson, watched the new burlesque cabaret in disguise, but after the show, she went backstage and met with Kelly and Mel B, who hosted Lindsay in her dressing room. Lindsay also has talked with Jerry Mitchell, the show’s award-winning creator, director and choreographer.
Lindsay reportedly told Jerry she can sing and dance and is willing to strip down as far as Kelly does in the sexy production, which began previews a few weeks ago and had its official premiere tonight. “I love the show, and I trust Jerry to direct me in a striptease,” Lindsay told me after she walked upstairs to the sixth-floor pool with Mel B.

“If they make me an offer, and the money’s right, I’ll do it,” Lindsay told me tonight. “If she wants the part after Kelly, it’s hers,” Peepshow’s producers told me tonight.
Other sexy starlets rumored to be interested in Peepshow include Brooke Burke and Holly Madison. Kelly, Mel B, Brooke and Holly were all contestants on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars, with Kelly winning Season 1 and Brooke winning Season 7.
Vegas DeLuxe will continue to monitor this breaking story.
