In a sense, it was a homecoming when the original Pussycat Dolls strutted down the red carpet at their lounge at Pure in Caesars Palace after opening the Britney Spears Circus Tour spectacular.
Nicole Scherzinger, Jessica Sutta, Melody Thornton, Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt were joined by Robin Antin, the creator of the Pussycat Dolls. The beautiful ladies took over two tables on the main VIP stage, and, in between waving to fans, they danced with family and friends.
The five glamour girls and darling divas enjoyed couture lollipops from Sugar Factory with their Grey Goose cocktails and Moet Rose Champagne until they went off to join the cast after-party at Palms Place.
I learned that PCD will split from Brit’s tour after the remaining 18 U.S. stops and become the headline act for their Australian tour. They have our hometown hero Ne-Yo and Lady GaGa in the all-star lineup with them Down Under.
Also choosing Pure as their party hot spot were American Idol Season 8’s Katrina “Bikini Girl” Darrell, Gregory Michael of ABC Family’s Greek, Tennessee Titans defensive back Cortland Finnegan, former NBA star player Antoine Walker and comic book artist Jim Lee with close pal and System of a Down drummer John Dolmayan popping the champagne corks and enjoying Patron shots.
The Pussycat Dolls made it a very busy night. They went off to Britney’s private cast and crew party at Palms Place, and also the official Virgin Mobile Circus after-party at Prive in Planet Hollywood. Virgin is the main sponsor of Brit’s tour!

The club was transformed into a big top with a contortionist, clowns and sexy go-go dancing animals. The Pussycat Dolls, minus Nicole, sat at a VIP booth with several dancers from the Circus Tour and sipped on champagne until 3:30 a.m.
