MGM officials have announced that comedian and impressionist Frank Caliendo will become a resident headliner on the Strip with his new show at the Monte Carlo kicking off Oct. 12.
In an official release sent out to media at noon today, Frank, known for his regular appearances on the pregame Fox NFL Sunday shows with Terry Bradshaw and Howie Long, and Monte Carlo executives were reported to have signed a 10-year agreement.
Frank is known for his impressions of such notables as Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, John Madden, former Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, Dr. Phil, Jay Leno and dozens more. Frank’s new show will be a mix of high-energy comedy and fast-paced impressions with live music, video sketches and more.
“I’m excited to call Monte Carlo my new home,” Frank said in the press release. “This is Vegas, so this show is going to be bigger and have a higher production value than traditional standup.”
Monte Carlo President and COO Anton Nikodemus said, “We are thrilled to have Frank Caliendo become part of our family. Frank is an incredible talent who we know will bring laughter and top-notch entertainment to Monte Carlo for years to come.”
Frank’s performances are confirmed for four times weekly at 9:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesday, Fridays and Saturdays.
