Actress Hayden Panettiere is being romantically linked with Harry Morton, who owns the Pink Taco restaurant chain -- one is here at the Hard Rock Hotel that he used to own with his dad, Peter Morton. Millionaire mogul Harry formerly dated actress Lindsay Lohan.
Harry also is the owner of The Viper Room on The Sunset Strip. Hayden, star of Heroes and I Love You, Beth Cooper was spotted in Malibu, Calif., putting her dogs through an exercise walk with Harry, and the couple have been turning up more and more often together at L.A. hotspots.

*Have to laugh at this one! During syndicated radio host Rush Limbaugh’s broadcast yesterday, he gave a tip of the hat to yours truly during his program when he announced in that breathless, dramatic voice: “Obama at Marxist Vineyard ... Air Force One, helicopters, just like Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. All they are missing is Robin Leach!”
*Here’s a definite date to put on your schedule: Jamie Foxx will bring his Blame It Tour to The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Oct. 9. Jamie’s latest CD Intuition includes collaborations with Lil’ Wayne, Kanye West, T-Pain and T.I., plus production by Tricky, The Dream, Timbaland and Just Blaze. His last album, Unpredictable, hit No. 1 in 2006, and he became only the fourth person to win an Academy Award for acting (for 2004’s Ray) and to release a No. 1 album. The other three? No less than the incomparable Las Vegas entertainment legends Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby and Barbra Streisand.

*Superstar Joint resident Carlos Santana is assisting Nevada Public Radio by earmarking 250 tickets of his Sept. 9 performance at the Hard Rock Hotel venue for listeners and members. He’ll donate the ticket cost for Supernatural Santana --A Trip Through the Hits in support of public radio. His next run of concert dates is Sept. 4-15.
*You have now until Sept. 7 over Labor Day weekend to take advantage of the gorgeous, sexy Crazy Horse Girls. They have a special, alluring 2-for-1 offer for locals. With temperatures still close to the 100-degree mark, why not spend time indoors with the dancers of MGM Grand’s Crazy Horse Paris? The girls have two rules for this offer: You must be 18 or older because they go topless, and you have to show Nevada I.D.

Star surveillance
Rap star Ice T watched Holly Madison’s Peepshow at Planet Hollywood and loved the show so much, he stayed behind afterward to meet the cast and pose for a photograph. … WWE announcer, producer and kingpin Vince McMahon was at Moon inside Palms. Dressed in a black shirt and gray pinstriped suit, Vince arrived with a group of six and sat at a VIP patio table enjoying the nightlife scene. … Pro skaters Jake Brown and Braydon Szafranski hammed it up at the Palms, and our contributing photographer Denise Truscello captured these candid and amusing shots! … For the first time in three years, rockers Green Day are out on tour and made a stop at Mandalay Bay Events Center. Las Vegas News Bureau photographer Darrin Bush was front-row center for these close-up action shots as Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tre Cool rocked out in support of their long-awaited eighth studio album 21st Century Breakdown.

Tonight’s tips
The numbers have come up! One lucky audience member of Mac King’s comedy magic show at his Harrah’s theater showroom today will become the 1 millionth guest to see his show. To celebrate, that person will become a de facto high roller, winning a package of Harrah’s gifts including comped dinners, spa treatments, overnight return visits, plus Mac himself will do a meet and greet and load them down with autographed magic tricks. … Former class clown and neighborhood prankster Kivi Rogers, who was fired from an electronics firm for his antics, headlines at The Improv in Harrah’s through Sunday, and his supporting acts are Ron Morey and Brett Walkow. … The official new album release for Third Eye Blind will be celebrated with a party at the Rockhouse at center Strip.

Tomorrow’s teases
Our weeklong Michael Jackson countdown to Saturday’s tribute concert at the Palms continues with the latest news on his private cell phone and emails used to hunt down on both sides of the Atlantic the very drugs that would wind up killing him. We’ve also got the latest odds on the Top Chef Las Vegas battle and our one-on-one interview with new Monte Carlo resident headliner Frank Caliendo.
