This won’t be your mother’s Christmas celebration because rocker Dee Snider wants his heavy metal workshop to rock your stockings off. Santa has answered your letter for something different this holiday season with the Original Hair Farmers, Twisted Sister, in a holiday extravaganza that must be added to your Christmas list.

Twisted Sister brings its Twisted Christmas show to the Las Vegas Hilton tonight for three nights through Thursday in a mind-boggling theatrical spectacle that kicks off with an assault of lights, sound and staging complete with holiday thrills. The band has its own twist on all your holiday favorites from the hit CD A Twisted Christmas. The set and stage designs have been created by Kevin O’Callaghan, chairman of 3D design at New York’s School of Visual Arts.

Dee will be performing the group’s hits with Jay Jay French, Eddie Ojeda, Mark “The Animal” Mendoza and A.J. Pero. Our Senior Editor John Katsilometes wrote about the hilarious voice mail Dee left him about the holiday entertainment alternative.

“It’s simple,” Dee said. “If you’re tired of the same old winter holiday entertainment, we are really going to make the holidays rock.”
