Adult entrepreneur Tera Patrick has confirmed that she has filed for divorce from rocker husband Evan Seinfeld, citing irreconcilable differences. It officially ends the seven-year marriage between the Biohazard and Spyderz musician, who also has directed and appeared in adult movies, and the legendary adult film actress.
The couple, who first split in late September, appeared together in several of her films, including Teradise Island, which he directed, and Reign of Tera, which ended with him as the solo male in a 10 Asian girl orgy. After appearances at the AVN Adult Awards here in early January, Tera will take off for a 30-city tour over 25 days to promote Sinner Takes All, her new shocking book of revelations.
Tera, who has now moved full time to Las Vegas since the break-up, told me that the biography tells the tale of her journey from childhood to becoming the porn world’s top superstar. She will debut the Penguin imprint with a book signing here at Borders on Jan. 8 and an official release party at Pure in Caesars Palace.

Tera, who retired from adult entertainment films in 2006 after more than 100 XXX-rated flicks, is now a producer-director and adult world entrepreneur, with her own Teravision empire and Web site. She said: “I tell all the secrets. I don’t hold back. It will shock people and scandalize others. I bared all for the screen, so I had to bare all for the book, and I didn’t hold anything back.
“Now I’m single again, and with another part of my professional life changing, I’m really looking forward to the New Year. I’m not dating anybody yet seriously, so I’m looking to have a lot of new fun experiences in 2010. Launching the new book gets to kick start it all.”
Tera and Evan, who were regulars on the Las Vegas nightlife scene, say they will remain the best of friends and business partners. He said: “She’s a huge star, and I feel fortunate to have shared so much of her life and career. She is forever in my heart.” Tera commented: “He helped me build my company and took my career to new heights. For that, I am eternally grateful. He is truly an amazing person.”
Evan, who also appeared on HBO’s Oz, is said to be already dating a new porn actress and said that Biohazard will reunite in the New Year at a Los Angeles Underground recording studio to produce a new CD for release in the summer.
