When the newest resort casino M opens Sunday night, the floor-to-ceiling windows will show unprecedented views of all of its rivals on the Strip! But head honcho Anthony Marnell III believes he will be offering a lot better than them!

“We’re raising the bar,” Anthony, 35, said confidently. “First, our nine restaurants and five destination bars feature a next-generation dining experience. We believe food is one of the most, if not the most, important reasons why guests visit a property.

“The concept restaurants with dining terraces we have developed will introduce a new kind of dining experience that reflects our family’s reputation for great food and value. We will offer unrivaled service standards where guests are known by name and not just by number!”

The new M also features a spectacular pool and entertainment piazza, Villaggio de Sole, with extraordinary fire and water features. The restaurant terraces overlook the plaza.

M is located on more than 90 acres at the southern end of the Strip and is on higher land elevation than any other resort casino property in the Valley. M features 92,000 square feet of gaming, 60,000 square feet of conference space and 390 guest rooms and suites as the first-entry-into-Las Vegas hotel from California.

Said Marnell: “I believe the market is underserved for a destination resort that is not in the heart of the Strip and has great access from California. Our location is one of the better locations to serve that market, plus we have 466,000 people living within a 10-mile radius that have a median income of $71,000 -- that’s 24 percent higher than the rest of the valley.”

After the hotel is opened to the public Sunday at 10 p.m., Anthony has additional plans: a 1 million-square-foot shopping mall and a Galaxy Theatres complex.
