There’s been a clean sweep of all the shows at the Las Vegas Hilton except for the long-term-contracted Barry Manilow. With the wholesale changes, rumors have been running rampant about the replacements. Could a topless cabaret show be going in the 7 or 9 p.m. timeslot?
There’s even rumblings that Cheap Trick will perform a version of The Beatles’ popera dedicated to Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. On the off chance that rumor proves true, our contributing photographer Tom Donoghue unearthed his last photo shoot with the Canadian group when they entertained at his “Taste of the NFL” party in Phoenix a year ago.
