Miss USA 2009 Kristen Dalton kicks off National Ice Cream Month

Wilmington, N.C., native Kristen Dalton is as pretty as a picture could be. The reigning Miss USA 2009 has a smile that could melt ice! Fortunately, when Kristen unveiled the Red, White and Blue banana split sundae to kick off National Ice Cream month, the blonde all-American beauty polished it off before it could melt.

She was at the Strip-side Serendipity 3 ice cream parlor and restaurant at Caesars Palace for the sweet spot salute to the delicious dessert of decadence. The new banana split creation is made with scoops of strawberry, vanilla and blueberry ice cream topped with whipped cream, chocolate and blueberry sauces, a cherry and an American flag.

For me, that’s a 2,000-calorie overload, but to a beauty queen, it’s just a bump that metabolism will easily erase! Not fair!
