Leader of Dubai arrives for first look at CityCenter co-owned with MGM

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the leader of Dubai, has arrived in Las Vegas via private jet. He will get his first look at CityCenter, which he co-owns with MGM, tomorrow.

His trip means CityCenter, estimated at $8 billion to $10 billion, is nearly finished. As previously announced, the luxury shopping complex Crystals is scheduled to open Dec. 3 -- click HERE for that story.
