Expect the unexpected when superstar singer Bette Midler celebrates her 100th show at the Caesars Palace Colosseum on Sunday night. Her The Showgirl Must Go On spectacular, with its brash and sassy humor, bawdy gags and the leggy Caesar Salad girls, first debuted in February of last year. Bette’s sold-out runs alternate with Cher and also had alternated with Sir Elton John and others.

The Divine Miss M promises “some new and fabulous surprises” for the 100th show. To celebrate the milestone, rear orchestra seats are being offered for $100, saving fans $90 a ticket for this month.

Simultaneously, Restaurant Guy Savoy is opening its new Krug Champagne Bubbles Lounge this weekend to tie in with Bette’s milestone. Additionally, the first 100 guests to dine at Serendipity 3 on Sunday receive a free frozen hot chocolate, and there’s a Bette Midler divine diva contest for sundae recipes to win tickets to her show. You can find out all the details of the competition at Bette’s Facebook page, which features the highlights of the razzle-dazzle spectacular.

We’ll be covering the show and will have our Vegas DeLuxe report here Monday.
