Holly Madison begins rehearsals for Peepshow at Planet Hollywood

Today is the day that reality TV star Holly Madison starts her rehearsals for Peepshow at Planet Hollywood. Two weeks of dialogue and dance rehearsals and technical blocking lie ahead before she takes over for Kelly Monaco, who is wrapping up her 90-day engagement with the show June 22. Holly has a similar three-month contract with renewal options. An official celebration party for Holly’s arrival is set for June 24.

Over the weekend, The Girls Next Door star was in Providence, R.I., for a personal appearance at the View Lounge. Before she left for Providence, Holly went back to her roots with a visit to the Hooters Hotel here for a meal to remind her of her early days with the company as a waitress. She also was at Strip Steak with friends and helped raise funds playing auctioneer at the Share Our Strength: Taste of the Nation charity at the Hard Rock Hotel.

Holly wore a Nurielle dress and a Peepshow hoodie! She helped raise the stakes by adding herself to a package that featured a mixologist throwing a house party. It jumped instantly from $2,000 to $5,000, and, with money in hand, she closed out the bid!

All told, the chefs’ fundraiser to help alleviate children’s hunger here in the Las Vegas Valley raised nearly $50,000. Among the 30 chefs and restaurants taking part were Carlos Guia from SW Steakhouse and the Country Club at the Wynn, Andre’s at the Monte Carlo, Luciano Pellegrini from Valentino’s at The Venetian, Geno Bernardo from Nove Italiano at the Palms and chefs from Steve Wynn’s the Encore and the Wynn.
